During a hypnotherapy session, a trained therapist guides you into a state of deep relaxation and focus. During the session you are still in control, conscious and aware, but your body is more relaxed and therefore your mind is more receptive to suggestions.

My name is Allison Melling, and I am a certified hypnotherapist providing both short- and long-term therapy to clients.
I can offer hypnotherapy face to face or online using Microsoft teams, Zoom or Skype. (Please be mindful that sessions online would benefit from having access to a camera).
